Applicant & Partner Privacy
How we handle applications and partner acknowledgments sent through this website.
Scope
This notice explains how CMS Nexus handles information sent through the Work With Us application and the Commissioned Partner Program acknowledgment. It complements the Privacy Policy.
Application review
Applicants choose an opportunity and share their contact details, location, time zone, working languages, availability, relevant experience and, optionally, a link to a résumé, portfolio or company profile. CMS Nexus uses this information only to evaluate the application and to contact the applicant about it.
No automatic appointment
Submitting an application does not create employment, a contractor agreement, a country appointment or exclusive rights. Scope and compensation require a separate written agreement.
Partner acknowledgment
When a partner confirms the program terms, CMS Nexus keeps the partner’s name, email, partner code, date and accepted statements as a record of the acknowledgment and to attribute sales and calculate commissions. Partners act independently and do not become employees or agents of CMS Nexus.
Access and confidentiality
Applications and acknowledgments are restricted to authorized CMS Nexus reviewers. The website does not accept file uploads; links you share are opened only for review purposes.
Retention
Applications are kept for as long as they are relevant to open or future opportunities, after which they are deleted. Partner acknowledgments and commission records are kept for as long as the partnership is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your application, or withdraw it, at any time through the Contact page.
