The rules for using CMS Nexus software and services responsibly.
Purpose
This policy sets the rules for using the CMS Nexus software and services. It applies to every Customer, user, partner and anyone acting on their behalf, and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited use
Do not use CMS Nexus services to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, calls or emails without the consent required by law;
- commit fraud, phishing or impersonation, or misrepresent who you are;
- access accounts, systems or data without authorization, or try to bypass security or usage limits;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- send unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive content;
- distribute malware or interfere with the platform or other customers.
Permissions for outreach
Customers must supply valid permissions, opt-ins and approved instructions for any contracted outreach, such as calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email campaigns, and must honor opt-out requests promptly.
Human oversight
AI and operators may act only within the approved scope. Sensitive commitments, pricing exceptions and escalations require the designated human decision-maker.
Enforcement
CMS Nexus may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, pause campaigns, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. Charges incurred before suspension remain payable.
