Two payments. Clear commission.
Commission is paid on payments CMS Nexus actually receives from the customer attributed to you, and ends after the second payment.
First payment
Commission on the first payment actually received by CMS Nexus from the customer attributed to the partner.
Second payment
On the customer’s first paid renewal, the partner earns an additional 10%. After that, the commission ends.

You focus on prospecting, presenting and generating sales. The company supplies everything else.

Company-approved creatives, copy, presentations and sales materials.
Landing pages and sales pages
Digital sales infrastructure is provided by CMS Nexus.
CMS Nexus system
Tools, checkout structure, tracking and sale identification are provided by the company.
Referral tracking
Attribution depends on the partner’s individual code/link being properly recorded in the purchase flow.

A lead sourced by the partner remains attributed to that partner when the sale is completed through the partner’s valid code/link.
Commission is 35% on the first payment received and 10% on the second payment received from that same customer.
No commission is paid on the third month or any later payment.
Commission is only payable on funds actually received and not refunded.
For cancellations, chargebacks, fraud or refunds, the related commission may be reversed or offset.
The partner may not change pricing or promise unauthorized features, guarantees or commercial terms.
The partner acts independently and has no authority to sign contracts or bind CMS Nexus.
The referral code/link is personal and may not be manipulated, fraudulently shared or used for self-referral.
Official materials, landing pages, system, branding and content provided by CMS Nexus must be used according to company guidelines.
CMS Nexus may terminate participation for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or violation of program rules.

By completing and confirming below, the partner states that they have read, understood and accepted the program terms.
