Terms of Use

Conditions for using the CMS Nexus website.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website, you agree to these website terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use. These terms describe website use; they do not replace a signed proposal, order form, subscription agreement, or other service contract. The contracting entity, service scope, responsibilities, billing, and other customer-specific conditions must be identified in the applicable agreement.

Business use and authority

Use this website only for lawful purposes. If you submit information for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining permission to share information about others. Do not provide confidential credentials or sensitive regulated records in a general inquiry.

Software and marketing are separate offers

CMS Nexus Software and CMS Nexus Marketing Services are separate business paths. A software plan does not automatically include managed advertising, content production, or other marketing services. Features, usage allowances, implementation, supported integrations, support commitments, and service eligibility are confirmed in the relevant agreement. Businesses of every size may inquire; suitability for specialized or regulated workflows requires an individual review.

Trials, accounts, and purchases

A website inquiry or trial request does not create an account, activate a trial, authorize a charge, or form a paid service agreement. Any 30-day trial begins only after the applicable enrollment and activation steps. Before enrollment, review eligibility, included features, any usage charges, cancellation requirements, and what happens at the end of the trial. Only accept payment and renewal terms presented in the applicable agreement or verified checkout.

Your responsibilities

Protect your account credentials and manage access appropriately when using customer services. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, customer data, campaigns, communication consents, and business decisions. AI-assisted content and automation require appropriate review and supervision. You may not use the website to evade safeguards, copy protected materials unlawfully, transmit malicious software, or interfere with others.

Content and external services

CMS Nexus branding, text, designs, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view them for legitimate business evaluation; this does not transfer ownership or authorize redistribution. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. External websites and services may have separate terms; inclusion of a reference or logo does not establish endorsement or a partnership.

Availability, results, and limitations

Website content is provided for general information and may change. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. Illustrations and sample dashboard figures are examples, not representations of actual customer performance. CMS Nexus does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, reviews, audience growth, or particular results. Liability and remedies for purchased services are addressed in the applicable agreement; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, restrictions, and questions

Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the website or address misuse. Updated terms apply to website use after publication, subject to applicable law. Changes to a customer contract follow that contract. Questions about these terms can be directed through the contact page or, for existing clients, the contact channel in their agreement. See the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and other linked policies for related information.
