Use CMS Nexus only for lawful, authorized business activity. Respect privacy, intellectual property, platform rules, and the rights of others. Do not impersonate people, misrepresent your organization, submit fraudulent inquiries, or use the services to facilitate unlawful activity.

Security and access

Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass access controls, harvest credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with availability. Do not use automated requests to overload the website or circumvent limits. Access customer accounts only with permission and protect authentication information.

Communications

Businesses are responsible for appropriate consent, accurate sender identity, communication content, required disclosures, suppression lists, and opt-out handling. Do not use email, SMS, voice, WhatsApp, or social channels for unlawful or deceptive campaigns. Having a contact’s details does not itself establish permission for every type of message.

Content and data

Do not upload or submit content that unlawfully infringes rights, exposes confidential information, or contains unlawful threats, exploitation, or harassment. Do not place sensitive regulated records in a general inquiry. Customers must evaluate whether contracted services are suitable for their data and compliance needs.

AI and automation

Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them where accuracy, rights, or customer impact matters. Maintain human responsibility for decisions and escalations. Do not use automation to fabricate reviews, misrepresent results, evade platform restrictions, or remove required customer choices.

Enforcement and concerns

CMS Nexus may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance. Contract-specific notice and remedy provisions continue to apply. Report concerns through the contact channel associated with your service or the website contact page, without disclosing passwords or exploiting a suspected issue.
