Refund & Cancellation

How to review trial, subscription, and marketing-service terms.

Which terms apply

Software subscriptions, implementation work, and managed marketing services can have different fees, service periods, and commitments. The applicable order, proposal, subscription terms, or checkout disclosure governs the specific purchase. This page does not create a new cancellation deadline, automatic renewal, refund guarantee, or nonrefundable charge.

Trial requests

Requesting a 30-day software trial through the website does not start the trial or authorize billing. Trial eligibility, activation date, included features, usage limits, and any conversion to a paid subscription must be provided during enrollment. Review those terms before accepting. Any charge requires the relevant purchase authorization.

Software cancellations

Use the cancellation method stated in your account terms or contact the account team using your existing service channel. Identify the account, requested change, and desired effective date. Ask for written confirmation. The applicable agreement determines notice periods, final billing, access through the paid period, and any refund eligibility. This website’s general inquiry form is not a substitute for a contractually required cancellation method.

Marketing services and project work

Review the approved statement of work for deliverables, milestone payments, client approvals, commitments, and termination arrangements. Work already performed, approved third-party spending, and reserved services may affect the final amount due, subject to the agreement and applicable law. Ad-platform budgets and external-provider fees may be governed by separate provider policies.

Refund requests and billing issues

If you believe a charge is incorrect, provide the account or invoice reference, charge date, and a description of the issue through your established billing channel. Do not send full payment-card details. Refund decisions depend on the agreement, the service delivered, the circumstances, and applicable consumer or other legal rights. No blanket promise or blanket exclusion of refunds is made on this page.

Data and service transition

Before ending service, review data-export options, access dates, and any agreed transition work. Data retention and deletion follow the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, and legal obligations. Third-party services may require separate cancellation.

Questions before purchasing

Clarify renewal, usage charges, cancellation methods, and refund conditions before approving an order. Use the contact page for pre-purchase questions; existing customers should use the service or billing contact in their agreement.
