Cookie Policy
A clear explanation of cookies and similar website technologies.
Current website behavior
The CMS Nexus website does not currently install advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts in its page code. The page code does not use browser local storage or session storage to retain form entries. Our hosting infrastructure may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver pages, protect the site, or manage access. These infrastructure practices are separate from optional marketing tracking.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, tracking pixels, and embedded third-party content. Essential technologies support functions such as security and access. Optional analytics measure usage, while advertising technologies may help measure campaigns or target audiences. Describing these categories does not mean every category is currently enabled.
Forms and campaign parameters
Campaign parameters appearing in the page address may be included with your inquiry to identify its source. A page-address parameter is not itself a cookie. See the Privacy Policy for how inquiry information may be used. Form submission is not confirmed until the website displays a successful delivery response.
Social media logos and external links
Footer social-media logos are currently visual placeholders. They do not load social-media widgets, tracking scripts, or external feeds. If external profile links are added later, visiting those services will be subject to their own policies.
Choices and future changes
You can inspect or remove stored website data through your browser controls. Blocking essential technologies may affect some website or account functionality. If optional tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before activation. Declining optional tracking should not prevent access to ordinary website information.
Questions
Use the contact page for cookie or privacy questions. Existing clients may also use the privacy or support contact in their service agreement. This policy describes the present website configuration and is updated when that configuration changes.
