- CMS Nexus Policies
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Respecting ownership, permissions, and business information.
Website materials
Original CMS Nexus website text, branding, designs, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Viewing the site for legitimate business evaluation does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell, republish, or use its branding as your own.
Third-party rights
Third-party names, logos, software, and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance may identify a channel or service and does not by itself establish sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or partnership.
Client materials and project deliverables
Clients are responsible for rights and permissions for materials they provide, including images, logos, testimonials, contact data, and campaign content. Ownership and license terms for commissioned deliverables, source files, templates, software access, and reusable methods must be stated in the relevant agreement. This page does not assign those rights.
Confidential information
A general website inquiry is intended for initial business discussion. Do not send trade secrets, passwords, sensitive personal information, or materials subject to restrictions until an appropriate channel and confidentiality arrangement are established. Contractual confidentiality obligations arise under the applicable agreement.
Requests and concerns
For permission requests or a concern about ownership or use of content, identify the material, the relevant page, your relationship to the rights, and a contact method. Use the website contact page or your existing CMS Nexus service contact. Provide only the information necessary to understand the issue.
